I grew up in South Florida, which meant frequent trips to Walt Disney World were just a part of life. My parents worked a lot, so those Disney vacations became something truly special. They weren’t just fun getaways—they were the moments I felt most connected to my family. Riding rides, eating Mickey bars, watching fireworks hand in hand… those memories are some of the happiest from my childhood, and I always dreamed of creating that same magic with my own family one day.

But when I became a mom, I quickly realized that the cost of a Disney vacation had skyrocketed. What once felt like a regular family tradition now felt completely out of reach. I tucked that dream away, telling myself, “Maybe someday.”
Then in 2020, my world changed—my mom passed away unexpectedly. Losing her was devastating. But it also forced me to reflect deeply on how short and unpredictable life can be. I had always dreamed of taking my mom and my son on a Disney trip together. That chance was gone.
Her loss taught me two things I’ll never forget:
Health is priceless.
And we should never wait to do the things we love—because tomorrow isn’t guaranteed.
That was the moment I stopped waiting.

I had struggled with chronic and severe GERD my entire life with little to no help from the multitude of doctors I visited, and I finally decided to take my health into my own hands. I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s holistic health coaching certification program—a year-long deep dive into healing, self-care, and transformation. That program changed my life. I came out of it with a calmer, more grounded approach to life and a renewed commitment to doing what truly matters.
Just a few months before graduating, we finally took our first Disney trip as a family—with the help of an incredible travel planner. She made the entire experience seamless, magical, and stress-free. Watching my son light up, knowing I didn’t have to manage the chaos alone, I realized… I want to do what she does.
Less than a year later, I launched my own travel business.

Now I help other families create the kind of memories that shaped my childhood—without the stress or overwhelm.
And every time I send a client off on a dream trip, I feel like I’m honoring both my mom’s legacy and the lessons she left behind.
Don’t wait. Do the things that light you up. Make the memories. Take the trip.
